The simple ordering process consists of only 4 quick steps:
– Choose your favorite items and add them to the cart
– Enter your payment and shipping information
– Choose a shipping method
– Payment procedures

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER?

Your order is held for 3 hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! You are also able to cancel and refund your order there so that you can start from scratch!

HOW TO APPLY COUPON CODE?

Enter your coupon code in your cart! The coupon code section is between the items listed and your payment!
You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must press apply coupon before adding payment).

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order details, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
** Note: We can only cancel your order within 3 hours of receiving your order. After that time, the order goes into production, we cannot cancel it.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an email update when your order goes into production. Once your order is shipped, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information about your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update email, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it is redirected there.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT. WHAT CAN I DO?

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
– Product has flaws.
– Poor print quality.
– The product you receive is different from the product originally represented on our website.
Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received along with a detailed shot that you would like included. We will use this information to review replacements and prevent future failures. Our customer service team will review your request. If your request is approved, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY, WRONG SIZE OR WRONG PRODUCT?

Send us an email with the photo(s) attached and we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A LATE OR MISSING REFUND?

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: We charge $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
Fast Shipping: We charge $15 for the first item and $3 for each additional item, for delivery within the US or Europe.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Processing Time:
On average, goods are manufactured and shipped from our facility 1-3 business days after purchase.
Delivery time:
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days for orders within the US or Europe and 20-30 days for international orders
Fast Shipping (Available within the US or Europe): 2-3 business days (processing time not included).

CAN I DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivery Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the country of delivery, your package may be subject to local customs fees or VAT. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s customs policies.

WILL YOU NOTIFY US WHEN OUR ORDER IS DELIVERED?

It’s correct! An email will be sent to you with tracking information once it is sent to you!

WHERE DO I GET ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION?

An email with tracking details will be sent to you at the time your product is shipped!

STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?

First, check the tracking information and see if it has been sent. If it says delivered but never received, please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL, USPS or scanned by mistake.
Then email us about the whereabouts of your order!
