HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping location and the number of items you purchase. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. Shipping costs will automatically update and show up in your total.

Shipping is also based on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur a slight shipping surcharge. The total shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR BUYERS TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

Processing Time:
On average, goods are manufactured and shipped from our facility 1-3 business days after purchase.
Delivery time:
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days for orders within the US or Europe and 20-30 days for international orders
Fast Shipping (Available within the US or Europe): 2-3 business days (processing time not included).

Is it possible to deliver orders to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivery Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the country of delivery, your package may be subject to local customs fees or VAT. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s customs policies.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at: [email protected] and provide your order number and modifications you would like to make. We will confirm after the modification or cancellation is done.

Your order is only eligible for cancellation and modification within 3 hours of placing it. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled anymore.
