Quality control

Quality control is implemented through the custom-designed Order Processing System, using multiple checkpoints and verifications, as well as a 3-step print quality confirmation - at the printing stage, finished order collection, and in the QC Filter System before packaging and shipping. NEXTSHIRT’s quality control process was modeled after decades of production experience in its ISO environment.

Packaging control

The hats are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes to protect them during the shipment.
