First, check the tracking information and see if it has been sent. If it says delivered but never received, please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL, USPS or scanned by mistake.

We accept payment through PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Afterpay, Apple Pay, etc.

We do not include any receipts or price slips in the package of the order, and the price does not appear anywhere for the recipient to see. It would be safe to send a package as a gift!
