I contacted the company SEVERAL times through phone and email, all with no response only to find out the phone number on the website is a verizon store number. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. My hoodie also came 3 WEEKS LATE. I will never recommended them to anyone, will never purchase from them again. Absolutely horrible experience.
